Limnati, the village of the ‘almond tree’ as it is well-known, is built approximately 21 kilometres northwest of the city of Lemesos. It is a village which indulges its visitors with images dominated by the colour of the almond tree.

    To visit the church of Metamorphosis Sotiros, an 18th century building, as well as the church of Timios Prodromos which was possibly built in either the 16th or the 17th century. Moreover, you should not forget to taste the various traditional products of the village and mainly the almond sweet, since Limnati is the area with the bigger production of almonds in Cyprus.
